We have solid experience from mergers and acquisitions, both share and asset transfers, transactions big and small. We act as counsel to sellers and buyers as well as to target companies, and offer ongoing advice as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiation of the relevant agreements and other documentation.

Some of our clients only need advice regarding individual issues, while others retain us to handle the entire transaction, from drafting a letter of intent to ensuring that completion occurs in the agreed manner.

We also assist with performance of or advice in connection with a due diligence and handle changes in and drafting of the necessary corporate documentation such as articles of association, shareholders agreements and notifications of change to the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
